A book focusing on the events held in Azerbaijan in July 2025 to mark the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and featuring a foreword written by President Ilham Aliyev, also included a speech on constitutional law delivered by Supreme Court President Bertan Özerdağ; as part of the event, the Constitutional Court of the TRNC was admitted as an observer member at the meeting of the Constitutional Courts of the Organization of Turkic World.

In his address at the event, President Özerdağ discussed the impact of contemporary changes in human life on constitutional law.

As part of the events, during the meeting of the Constitutional Jurisdictions of the Turkic World (TÜRK-AY), the Constitutional Court of the TRNC was accepted as an observer member.
