With the newly introduced system, lawyers will now be able to electronically submit documents such as Proof of Appearance, Statement of Defence, Reply to Defence, and Petition for Judgment in cases before the High Administrative Court. The continuation of this initiative aims to ensure that all procedural stages up to the hearing phase at the High Administrative Court can be conducted electronically. Efforts in this direction are ongoing, and in the coming period, further information will be provided regarding the applications developed in this context.
Work is also underway to implement a similar system in civil proceedings, and it is aimed that these efforts will be completed in the near future.
