On April 13–15, 2026, District Judge Murat Hüseyin Soytaç, District Judge Nil Elodie Çeliker, District Judge Nuray Necdet, and District Judge Semra Kaymaklılı Güven attended the Human Rights Training Program held in Istanbul by the Justice Academy of Türkiye, as invited participants of the Academy.

Recent presentations and evaluations by academics and judges on the United Nations Human Rights System and the European Convention on Human Rights have made significant contributions to practice.

At the end of the training program, District Judge Murat Hüseyin Soytaç delivered a presentation on personal liberty and rights in criminal proceedings in the TRNC.
