Konferansa, Azerbaycan, Kazakistan, K\u0131rg\u0131zistan, \u00d6zbekistan ve Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin Y\u00fcksek Mahkeme ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve beraberindeki heyetler kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, President of the Supreme Court Bertan \u00d6zerda\u011f expressed his honour and pleasure to be together with the jurists in the organisation of the Presidency of the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Turkey and thanked the President and members of the Court of Cassation for their kind invitation on behalf of the TRNC Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6zerda\u011f said, \u201cI believe that this cooperation, which will take place with the participation of the Supreme Courts of the Member States of the Organisation of Turkic States, will make a great contribution to the development of communication and solidarity. These events have a great contribution to the development of cooperation between the members of the Supreme Courts of the Turkic States, as well as enabling new friendships to be born in these events. The working group of the Conference has a great role in this respect and is in an important position to ensure that these events are organised in a regular and effective manner. I hope that this working group will be instrumental in organising conferences where cooperation will deepen in the future. I wish that the conference status to be signed today will be beneficial to the Organisation of Turkic States and I hope that the specified areas of cooperation will continue to increase even more at the next conference.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stating that law has a very important role in the development of countries and economic stability in the modern world, \u00d6zerda\u011f said that as the law develops in the country, the economy of the country and the living standards of the people also develop, the law has reached modern norms, stability is ensured in societies where justice exists and societies look to the future with more hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6zerda\u011f said, \u201cAs members of the highest courts of our countries, we have great duties in the field of law for the rule of law, the protection of constitutional order, the provision of fundamental rights and duties and the construction of our future. I am sure that each country has deep knowledge and experience in the field of law in its own geography. These organisations will make a great contribution to sharing this knowledge and experience and carrying out studies in this field. The announcement of the studies to be carried out by this conference in the field of law through the publications to be prepared is a matter that will contribute to the recognition of the importance and value of the conference. Establishing communication and cooperation between this organisation and international organisations in the field of law, and involving the Supreme Courts of our countries in these projects through this opportunity, will be an initiative that will further strengthen the power of the Organisation of Turkic States. The continuation of these activities gives our Supreme Court a great honour and happiness as a part of the Organisation of Turkic States.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
