In this context, in order to increase the international recognition and communication of the TRNC courts and to provide easier service and access to information for foreigners both in the country and abroad who benefit from court services, an English version of the new website, which was prepared using modern internet technology, has been launched for the first time. Thus, users have been provided with the opportunity to access a wide range of information about the courts and the law in our country in English language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With developments by the Courts Information Technology Department, the website www.mahkemeler.net provides electronic services such as electronic case filing, enabling many procedures to be carried out electronically, conducting all records and follow-ups related to cases through electronic files, and accessing and obtaining various documents, including orders and judgments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Electronic services include the Electronic Filing System, Lawyer Portal, Tracking System for Enforcement of Judgements and Tracking System for Service of Process.
